PAYMENTS:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following:

We currently do not accept PayPal.

 

SHIPPING: 

How long would shipping take?

It takes 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. When shipping domestically, delivery might take anywhere from 1 to 8 business days, depending on your shipping option. When shipping internationally, delivery might take anywhere from 7 to 21 days, depending on the destination.

What if I need to change my address?

If you need to alter your address for any reason and your purchase hasn't yet been dispatched, please email info@lovelocket.co with your order number(s) as soon as possible. We're afraid we won't be able to help you if your purchase has already been dispatched.

What if my package has been lost?

Whether your shipment has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, inquire around your area to see if it was delivered to the incorrect address. If you live with others, you might also inquire as to whether they picked it up for you. If you still haven't located it, you should call USPS immediately and we'll also assist you in contacting them to ensure that you locate your shipment.

What if my package has been undelivered?

Delivery will be attempted the following business day, depending on the courier. We'll also assist you in contacting them to ensure that you receive your shipment.

Is TAL responsible for any (if all) duty, import, taxes, customs, or other fees that may incur?

No, we are not liable for any (or all) duty, import, taxes, or other expenses that may be incurred.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not currently provide an exchange option at TAL, however we do have a 14-day return window from the date of delivery in which you can make a request with your order number(s) by emailing info@lovelocket.co or submitting a return ticket. Please do not return the item(s) to the return address given on the package (s). Returns that aren't acknowledged by us through email will be rejected.

What if my product is defective or damaged upon arrival?

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies. To submit a request with visual evidence, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date. You may be subject to a full refund or a replacement. Please submit a return ticket *CLICK HERE TO BE REDIRECTED TO RETURN TICKET* or directly email theafterglownyc@gmail.com.

Can we cancel or change an order?

Because we begin processing your order as soon as you submit it, we do not provide a cancellation option. You may, however, contact us with your order number(s) if any adjustments to your purchase are required (only if your order has yet to be dispatched or already processed).

I messed up my personalized product! How can I fix it?

You have 24 hours to notify us if you misspelled anything or need to make any changes before we begin working on your personalized order. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number(s) to info@lovelocket.co or submitting a ticket.

My order is pre-ordered. What does this mean?

An order for a product(s) that is not yet available and will be dispatched at a later date (estimated time provided in product description).

My order is pre-ordered. How long will it take to receive it?

Pre-orders are shipped within the timeframe specified in the product description. Delivery times will vary depending on the location and delivery mode (domestic and international).

My order is pre-ordered. Can I cancel it?

Please email info@lovelocket.co with your order number(s) for any cancellations or adjustments to pre-orders.

The product I want is out of stock! When will it restock?

You may either...

  • Contact us for an estimate restock date

  • Go to the sold out product page and click 'Notify When Available' and enter your email for direct restock notification

  • Subscribe to our newsletter
    (Our newsletter sign-up form can be found at the bottom of every page. Enter your email address and you're in! Restock notifications, special discounts, new arrivals, and more will be sent to you!)

Unfortunately, certain products will be discontinued when they are sold out. No worries, we offer a wide range of styles to choose from! 

 

What materials are your products made of?

How can I take care of my products?

Each order includes a cleaning cloth that may be used to gently clean your items. Because our jewelry isn't 100 percent pure gold, it won't last forever, but with proper care, it can last up to 5 years.
